What private tour packages does GeoVan | Nashmi Tours offer?

We offer four private tour packages: Discover Georgia (5 days, from $573), Classic Georgia (7 days, from $737), Grand Georgia (10 days, from $975), and the Premium Package (14 days, from $1227), each including a private van, driver, and fuel.

What is included in the price of a Nashmi Tours package?

Every package includes a private van with driver, fuel for up to 200km per day, and an English/Arabic-speaking guide, with free itinerary adjustments.

Is the price per person or per car?

Every price we quote is for the whole vehicle, not per person. Two people or six people in the same van pay the same. No booking fees, service charges or commissions are added afterwards.

How much is an airport transfer in Tbilisi?

Tbilisi Airport to the city is 25 USD for a sedan carrying up to 3 passengers during standard daytime hours, or 50 USD for a minivan. Late-night and early-morning pickups, extra stops or a larger vehicle are quoted before you book. We track your flight number, so a delay costs you nothing.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. There is no prepayment for transfers; you pay on arrival. Payment method and timing for longer trips are agreed with you in writing before the trip.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up, and anything already paid is returned in full. Moving a booking to another date is free at any notice as long as a vehicle and driver are available.

Do you pick up at night?

Yes. We operate 24 hours and take late-night and early-morning flights. The price for those hours is quoted before you book, never added afterwards.
